GETTING HELP

For any troubleshooting help, customer service or repairs, contact us telephone at 800-814-4550 or 858-434-0705. You can also visit our website at www.mydxlife.com to request assistance by email as well as to get product usage information, troubleshooting tips and frequently asked questions. Our support center is open Monday through Friday between the hours of 7am-5pm Pacific Standard Time.

REPAIRS AND RETURNS

  1. Contact CDx Customer Service for assistance at 800-814-4550 or 858-434-0705 or by email at support@mydxlife.com. You can also visit our web site at www.mydxlife.com and complete the assistance needed form. Please do not ship your product to CDx without first speaking to a CDx agent.
  2. A CDx Customer Service representative will troubleshoot the product to determine if a solution is possible. If the product needs repaired, an Return Authorization (RA) needs to be issued.
  3. The CDx agent will complete the Return Authorization with you over the telephone or email you the form.
  4. If the product is under warranty, a replacement product will be shipped to you in advance of CDx receiving the defective unit back.
  5. When the replacement unit is received, it will include a return shipping box, shipping label with the return address (including the return authorization number) and return shipping instructions. Return shipping will be paid by CDx within the United States and Canada only.
