Troubleshooting Tips:

Lighting Conditions

Please choose a location with lots of lighting such as your kitchen. Run a quick test on a blank water sensor and ensure result reads fail to ensure proper lighting conditions are being met.

Will my Android Phone Work

MyDx Aqua and the Stooler are optimized for Android phones that are up to 7 inches in height with a top left right or centered camera.

Holes Did Not Align 

If holes do not align try mimicking the Stooler by placing your phone on a height that is that successfully align holes. This will allow you to run a 6 minute test successfully.

Maps and History Didn’t Work 

We’ve detected this issue in Android 6.0 and above. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you need to track your results you can take a screenshot in the meantime until we fix this issue.

Results and Interpretations

If your test failed, there is a high probability your drinking water sample contains sufficient toxic chemicals that would exceed the US Military Exposure Guideline for Safety of drinking water, as defined below.
